PURPOSE:To treat a retrieved screen as a mail without disturbing the right of an information offerer by attaining transfer of charged information between mailboxes and acquiring again the information fee when another terminal is read out. CONSTITUTION:A counter-terminal circuit controller 32 of a communication controller 30 is connected to terminals 10 and 10' having a key pad 11, a display 12, etc. of a mailbox system. A central processor 31 is connected to the controller 32, and an information center 40 is connected to the processor 31 via a counter- information center circuit controller 33. At the same time, the 2nd communication processor 30' is connected to the center 40 via a controller 34 for circuit between communication processors. Furthermore a mailbox file 35, a terminal control information file 36 and a center control information file 37 are connected to the processor 31. Then a user stores the screen retrieved and delivered from the center 40 to its own file 35 after designating only a desired screen and can acquire again the information fee when said screen is read out from another terminal. Thus it is possible to protect the right of an offerer of information.
