PURPOSE:To transmit the A/D converted information to a remote place via a binary digital transmission line with no insertion of the complicated serial/ parallel, synchronizing signals, etc., by using a 1/2N frequency divider, an SR tupe FF and an integrator. CONSTITUTION:A 1/2N frequency divider 103 is actuated by a clock signal 2 to be supplied to an A/D converter, and a 1/2N frequency divider 104 sets the value 3 of a 2N ring counter 100 by a frequence division output 7 of the divider 103 in the form of the initial value of the frequency divider. An output signal 8 divided by the divider 104 is applied t an SR type FF105, and the logic 1 of an output 6 set by the output 7 is reset to the logic 0 by the signal 8. The output 6 fed from an FF105 is set at level 1 by an amount equivalent to the initial value M of the counter 100 and then at level ''0'' for 2N-M only. Then the output 6 is supplied to an integrator 106. The output votage 4 of the integrator 106 is compared with input voltage 1 by a voltage comparator 102. Then the counting direction of the counter 100 is controlled by an output signal 5, and the A/D converted information is transmitted through a binary digital transmission line.
