PURPOSE:To eliminate an error component in an arithmetic result by comparing addition of prescribed off-set, bias components, intentionally to a signal containing error component, using a comparator. CONSTITUTION:An output pulse train of a frequency conversion circuit 3 against voltage is inputted to a voltage scanning circuit 4 and input the output signal in an offset adjustment circuit 9, then add prescribed offset or bias. This offset adjustment circuit 9 eliminates the error component in an arithmetic result and outputs to a comparator 6. An output signal of the comparator 6 is inputted to a mean value circuit 7 to obtain the time mean value and leads out a mean output voltage signal from an output terminal 8. |
