In order to assess the consumptions of heat energy in individual heating installations supplied by a common source, without a flow meter, with a view to dividing the heating charges, the meter of quantities of heat dissipated comprises thermoelectric probes (10) placed on the radiators of the installations (1, 2), and at the start of the common source (3), each being associated with an interrogation circuit (11), and a central processing unit with a microprocessor (5) connected to the interrogation circuits by measurement lines (21, 22, 23).
