PURPOSE:To reduce the manhour for preparing the program other than the program for repetition procedures by controlling a machine tool by a fixed memory part for fixedly memorizing a pressing routine and a variable memorizing part for memorizing the data necessary for each work. CONSTITUTION:After a completion flag is reset, an aimed value ZL of the original point in a coordinate X is set, and XG is data-set onto the coordinate X, and Fo is data-set onto speed F. The transfer to a position XG at a speed Fo is performed according to the processing routine, and the data set of the position XR and the speed FG, data set of the posion XF and the speed RR, and the processing routine are executed. Further, the data set of the speed SR of a timer S and a timer procssing routine are executed. Then, the reaching of the aimed value of Z to ZR through the repetition of processings is discriminated, and the last cycle is executed. Since the processing routine is fixed and memorized into an ROM, and only the variables ZO, ZL, ZR, RG... are memorized into an RAM through an operating panel, it is enough to input only the variables, independently of repetition. |
