PURPOSE:To apply a highly accurate rotor core to skewed rotary fastening in a die device that makes external form blanking of a part of a thin sheet that includes an embossed projection and makes a laminated bound product by fitting the projected part, by specifying rotation of a rotary die. CONSTITUTION:An external form blanking die 14 that can rotate by rotation angle + skew angle that can be set optionally at every stroke of a press and an upper die pilot that can rotate the skew angle are provided. The rotation angle of the die 14 can be set at high accuracy by combining spur gears 5, 8-10 from an output shaft 7 and changing the gear. For instance, in the case where the rotation angle is 90 deg. + skew angle, four pilot holes 15 are provided at intervals of 90 deg. and this is guided by a pilot pin 17. A unit in which the pin 17 is incorporated making a punch 19 an axis is rotated at the same timing with rotation of the die 14 by an angle equivalent to the skew angle by a signal from an external controlling device through a worm shaft 24 and a worm wheet 16. Thus, problems of deviation of thickness of lamination, difference in magnetic permeability and roundness can be solved and the purpose can be achieved. |
