PARTIAL DISCHARGE DETECTING APPARATUS

摘要

PURPOSE:To confirm the presence of the partial discharge of the static electric device received in a hermetically closed metal container without receiving influence due to external noise or the like by simple constitution, by judging the presence of partial discharge on the basis of a rectangular wave form corresponding to the acoustical detection of partial discharge and the delay output of a monomultiplier. CONSTITUTION:Partial discharge generated in a static electric device such as an oil-immersed transformer is detected by an acoustic detector 1 and detected by a detector 4 while detection output is converted to a rectangular wave form by a pulse converter 5. This wave form and the rectangular wave form of monomultiplier delay output with short time amplitude outputted by a monomultiplier 6 triggered by said wave form are processed by an AND circuit 7. Therefore, acoustic detection output longer than noise in a lasting time is discriminated and the presence or absence of partial discharge can be confirmed without receiving influence due to external noise by simple constitution.
