PURPOSE:To minimize the ON-OFF operation of a solenoid valve and reduce the variabilities of temperature in a casing and cooking by a method wherein the amount of gas is changed in accordance with temperature by a proportional type governor. CONSTITUTION:When a knob 32 is turned, a shaft 47 is turned, the closing piece 48 of a gas cock is turned to open the cock fully, gas enters from a hose end 38, the gas flows to the seat of the gas cock through a pipe 49 and the bottom hole of the closing piece 48, then the gas flows to a gas pipe through an elbow pipe 51 by the ON operation of the solenoid valve 43 under being controlled in the pressure thereof by the proportional type control governor 39. Now, in case the temperature in the casing of a combination range is set at 300 deg.C on the slide volume of an indicating plate, a spring 56, located at the connecting part of the proportional control governor 39, is compressed and the governor spring 60 of the governor 39 is compressed, therefore, the flow amount of gas becomes maximum. In this case, the governor spring 60 is contracted and the flow amount of gas is reduced when the pressure of gas has become higher than the reference pressure value thereof. |
