PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated iron core of small lamination thickness deviation in manufacturing by caulking in a die, by changing the position of plural blanking dies in a process of simultaneous blanking and caulking of the core at every specified press stroke. CONSTITUTION:A material to be worked 1 is pitch fed and then blanked by blanking dies 3a-3c and caulked and held in respective dies 3. After repeating this operation specified number of times, a holder 4 is rotated counterclockwise by 120 deg. by an index 6, and the die 3a is replaced to the position of a former 3b, 3b to the position of a former 3c, and 3c to the position of a former 3a respectively. These operations are repeated. Thus, lamination thickness deviation of dies can be made small and anisotropy of magnetic characteristic due to direction of rolling of the material can be made small. |
