PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition by grafting an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid, etc. to a mixture of an isotactic polypropylene and an ethylene-alpha- olefin rubber, and compounding the grafted compound with a compound having the metallic salt of carboxylic acid group or sulfonic acid group in the molecule. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by mixing (A) 100pts.wt. of a grafted compound (the content of the graft is 0.1-5wt%) obtained by grafting an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative) to a 90:10-70:30 (wt) mixture of (i) an isotactic polypropylene and (ii) a rubber composed of an ethylene- alpha-olefin random copolymer having an alpha-olefin content of 25-60wt% with (B) 1- 35pts.wt. of a compound having two or more metallic salt groups of carboxylic acid or sulfonic acid in one molecule (an ionomer such as the copolymer of ethylene/acrylic acid/sodium acrylate). |
