PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a motor by coupling a motor drive load side and a detecting opposite load side by an integrally formed rotational shaft, thereby eliminating the shaft resonance and the responding delay. CONSTITUTION:A detecting rotary portion 12 is mounted on a hollow shaft 18 to be engaged fixedly with an opposite load side end projected form an opposite load side stationary housing 9 of a rotational shaft of a motor, and a detecting stationary portion 11 is supported by a stationary housing 9. A rotational shaft is divided into a drive unit material portion 17 and an opposite load side material portion 18. The portion 18 is formed of a metal having low thermal conductivity and the both portions 17 and 18 are integrally formed by frictional pressure contacting. |
