PURPOSE:To enable to employ a coil core of any deformed shape by forming the insulating layer of the surface of the core of polyimide resin, thereby reducing a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION:Insulating layers 51, 52 are formed of polyimide resin on the surface of a coil winding portion 2 of a curved core 1. When the thickness of the layers 51, 52 is set, for example, to 0.5-5mum, the magnetic loss can be retained within 0.2% or less. |
