PURPOSE:To stabilize magnetic performance at high temperature by curing the powder of R2T17 group magnetic alloy consisting of R (conbination of one kind or two kinds of rare earth metals) and T (containing Co or Co and Fe as essential ingredients) and epoxy resin. CONSTITUTION:R2T17 group alloy is used as rare earth-transition metal group alloy, but the alloy having a composition represented by R (Co, Cu, Fe, M)6.5-8.5 (M represents one kind of Ti, Hf, Zr, Nb, Ta or their combination in formula) is particularly desirable. Sm or the combination of Sm-Ce, Pr, Nd, etc. is preferable as R at that time. 22-28wt% is preferable as R, 2-16wt% as Cu, 8- 40wt% as Fe and 0.05-5wt% as M. The alloy is casted from these elements so as to form a desired composition, and thermally treated, crushed and classified as required, and a mixture obtained by mixing and kneading acquired powder with epoxy resin and a curing agent is compression-molded, and thermally cured. |
