PURPOSE:To prevent the looseness of a coil bobbin by winding a wire on the coil bobbin, at least both ends thereof have collars, incorporating a core into the bobbin and forming ribs absorbing a dimensional gap with a window section for the core on the outer side surfaces of the collars in the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:Collars 7, 8 are formed at both ends of a coil bobbin while an intermediate collar 9 is also formed to an intermediate section, and a winding 10 is wound on the bobbin 6. Bibs 11 are shaped on the outer side surfaces of the collars 7, 8 at both ends in order to lenghen size in the direction of winding width of the bobbin 6. An E shpaed core 12 consisting of a laminated core is incorporated into the bobbins 6, and I shaped core 13 composed of the laminated core is butted against the opening ends of three magnetic legs 12a in the core 12, and the bobbins 6 and the core 12 and the core 13 are bonded through the butt weling, thus constituting a squarish 8-shaped core 14. |
