PURPOSE:To execute a both side copying, and to raise a processing capacity with regard to one side copying, too, by coupling pre- and post-stage image forming means by a transfer paper carrying path having a transfer paper inverting device. CONSTITUTION:In a both side copying mode, a pre-stage image forming means 18a generate a surface copying mode, a post-stage image forming means 18b generates a rear side copying mode, and a both side copying is completed by a connected operation of both the image forming means 18a, 18b. A transfer paper 7a is brought to a surface copying, and thereafter, inverted by a transfer paper inverting device 23 and carried to a photosensitive body drum 1b side. Also, a single use mode can be selected, originals 15a, 15b are set to each automatic original carrying device 13a, 13b, and the transfer paper 7a, 7b is fed from each feed paper part 8a, 8b, by which a one side copying is executed simultaneously in parallel by each photosensitive drum 1a, 1b and optical systems 5a, 5b, etc. |
