PURPOSE:To improve reliability and controllability by detecting the hunting of an air operation type adjusting valve due to the trouble of a booster relay and performing the switching to the valve controller in a waiting system. CONSTITUTION:Each of valve-lift signal 21 and opening-degree instruction signal 26 vibrates in a short cycle. Since a valve-lift standard signal hardly varies, a valve-lift deviation signal 23 and an opening-degree instruction deviation signal 27 vibrate. If the set value of a comparator 13 is set to a value smaller than the amplitude of the vibration, the vibration of the valve-lift deviation signal 23 due to the trouble of a booster relay exceeds the set value at each certain time intervals, and a count signal 24 is transmitted at each time. When the count signals 24 are transmitted several times in continuation, and said value exceeds the set count of a counting circuit 14, a valve controller switching signal 25 is transmitted. |
