PURPOSE:To decrease the amount of load of the operator by transmitting a message such as introduction of a caller and a comment without direct talking to attain delicate correspondence in an exchange having a camp on function. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming call comes from a trunk line, it is received by a trunk line trunk COT, a controller CC is started and the operator of an attendant board ATT listens to the name of the caller and a comment such as business message and the number of an extension subscriber by talking with the caller. Then an extension subscriber EXT is called. When the extension subscriber EXT is busy, the operator requests the camp on connecting processing. The operator transmits the message such as the name of caller and comment listened to via a connected interface unit VCI to a voice storage device VM and stores therein. When the talking of the extension subscriber EXT completes talking, the message from the voice storage device VM is transmitted to the interface unit VCI and the talking is attained after the end. |
