PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality herring roe like food efficiently and inexpensively, by subjecting spawn particles to press molding through a synthetic resin film by a top mold and a bottom mold, heating directly the molded spawn sealed hermetically in the synthetic resin film, cooling it. CONSTITUTION:The synthetic resin film 4 for bottom mold is laid on the bottom mold frame 2 having the plural bottom molds 2' in a shape like herring roe, continuously rotating and transferring on the machine base 1, the raw material 6 wherein spawn particles are blended with powder of fish meat as a binder is fed from the filling machine 5 onto the film, and the raw material is covered with the synthetic resin film 8 for top mold. The top mold frame 10 is dropped by the pressing machine 9, the raw material 6 is molded into a shape of herring roe, the prepared molded spawn is cut into each line, to give the sheet piece (a) wherein a great number of the molded spawn (b) hermetically sealed in the synthetic resin film are retained in a rank. The sheet piece (a) is set by heating, cooled, preserved, aged, and the molded spawn (b) is taken out. |
