<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a coil for preventing radio-wave noises by forming a conductive film shaped on a columnar ferrite substrate before spiral machining is executed through simple application by an Ag-Pd alloy in order to form a spiral conductive film. CONSTITUTION:A spiral conductive film 2 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of a columnar ferrite base body 1. The columnar ferrite base body 1 is shaped by a soft ferromagnetic ferrite, such as Mn-Zn ferrite, Ni-Zn ferrite, etc. Electrodes 3, 4 connected to both end sections of the spiral conductive film 2 are attached on both end sections of the base body 1. The electrodes are fitted on both end secions of base body 1 so as to pressure-weld both end sections of the spiral conductive film 2. A glazed film 5 for protection functioning as anti- oxidation in combination extending up to the internal free end sections of the electrodes 3, 4 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the base body 1 so as to bury and coat sections not coated with the electrodes 3, 4 of the spiral conductive film 2.</p> |
