发明名称 PLANET ROLLER REDUCTION DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To accurately detect the position by providing a position detection member on a support member supporting a planet roller in a planet roller reduction device. CONSTITUTION:A planet roller mechanism is arranged on the rotary shaft 1 of a servo motor. A solar roller 8 is in contact with a planet roller 9, and the planet roller 9 is in contact with the inner diameter side of a flexible spline 11. The engaging teeth 11a provided on the outer diameter side of the flexible spline 11 are engaged with the engaging teeth 12a on the inner diameter side of a circular spline 12. A scale plate 17 provided on a support member 10 is driven to rotate in response to the revolution of the planet roller 9, optical pulses in response to the rotating speed are generated by a radiating/receiving element 18, thereby the rotary position of the support member 10 is accurately detected, thus outputting a signal invariably controlling the rotation transmitting force at constant in response to a slip peculiar to the planet roller reduction mechanism.
