PURPOSE:To attain economical repair by inserting a cable via a repeater having a gain in matching with the loss of a cable inserted at a fault of a relay line. CONSTITUTION:A low gain repeater R' is used at the repair of the system consisting of a standard gain repeater R and a standard length cable C having a loss corresponding to the gain, and a coaxial cable C' having a loss corresponding to the gain is inserted to a high group input side or a low group input side. Thus, any problem on the system such as line noise or overload is not produced, the length of the inserted coaxial cable is minimized and the repair work is attained with the standard method. |
