PURPOSE:To attain notice to a subscriber without intermitting talking by comparing a count time with a predetermined time in a telephone exchange. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber 1' desires to talk to a called subscriber 4, the subscriber 1' selects a relay line 5 by using a dial number, an exchange SW3' sets a channel and calls the called party 4. When a processor CP24 detects response, a count value (n) at each prescribed time t0 is stored and also its count time (t0Xn) is compared with a predetermined time T. When the result of comparison is as T<=(t0Xn), the CP24 sets links 2 and 3 in a network 23, connects a subscriber circuit LC20 to an outgoing trunk OGT21 via an AMP22 and informs to the calling subscriber 1' that the talking time exceeds the time T. |
