PURPOSE:To enable to operate a stable rotary electric machine by operating a hydraulic jack in response to the thermal expansion or contraction of liquid in the jack. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of hydraulic jacks 7 are disposed radially to an axial center in an annular space between a supporting bracket arm 4 and a foundation 6. When the temperature at the periphery of the jacks 7 rises so that the liquids in a bearing support 9 and a cylinder chamber 7a thermally expand with the result that a load to the foundation 6 tends to become excess, a safety valve 23 flows out the liquid to a storage tank 18, thereby preventing the pressure from becoming excess. On the contrary, when the temperature in the periphery of the jacks 7 decreases, a pressure switch 21 is closed to operate a hydraulic pump 17 by a motor 16, and liquid 19 in the tank 18 is supplied to the chamber 7a. |
