<p>PURPOSE:To make high precision positioning easy by symmetrically placing two magnetic field correction coil reels which have a required groove at a required position outside winding a magnetic field correction coil along the groove. CONSTITUTION:Two reels 21 wherein a fixed binding groove 22 is wound with a glass bind tape such as an epoxy glass tape with tension are placed outside of a main coil 2 symmetrically on a Z=O plane and fixed. Along each groove 23, 23a, 24, a required coil is wound or fixed but the groove is precisely made and precision of each coil position can sufficiently be high. In the circular coil grooves 23 and 23a, circular coils 32, 32a are fixed along the circumference of the reel 21 and in a saddle shape coil groove 24, a separately made saddle shape coil 33 is fixed using the wall surface of the groove 24 as a reference surface.</p> |
