PURPOSE:To obtain a detector suitable for the capability control of a compressor and a safety device, by transmitting the displacement of a diaphragm corresponding to the detected pressure to a shaft, and outputting the ON and OFF signals by the accompanied sliding of a contact. CONSTITUTION:The end part of a diaphragm 7 is held by a housing 10 and a body 11. Refrigerant pressure on the sucking side is introduced into a pressure chamber 13 through a dynamic pressure path 14. A shaft 5 is fixed by the diaphragm 7 through a plate 6 and a packing 8. The shaft 5 is supported by a bearing 4 so that the shaft is freely rotated. One end of a contact 2 for conduction voltage is fixed to a slider 3, which is connected to the shaft 5. Two sliders 2' and 2'' are formed at the tip of the contact 2. Sliding contact points 1c, 1e, 1d and 1f are slidden. The contact points 1c, 1e, 1d, and 1f are fixed on a base 1 made of non-conductor. The contact points 1d is an insulating layer formed at the intermediate part between the contact points 1e and 1f. Thus a sliding switching substrate 1 is formed. |
