PURPOSE:The titled composition having improved absorption properties from intestine, containing urokinase, a higher fatty acid, a polyalkylene glycol, and calcium. CONSTITUTION:A urokinase composition having absorption properties from intestine containing 0.01-2mg, preferably 0.05-0.5mg based on 100 units urokinase of a higher fatty acid (e.g., capric acid, lauric acid, etc.), 0.01-5mg, preferably 0.01-1mg, polyalkylene glycol (e.g., polyethylene glycol, etc.), 0.0001- 0.1mg, preferably 0.0005-0.005mg calcium (e.g., calcium chloride, calcium lactate, etc.). This composition is administered by oral medication, and urokinase is absorbed efficiently from the intenstine. It shows high concentration in blood for a long time. Especialy the use of liposome pharmaceutical preparation containing urokinase as urokinase strengthens further duration of medicinal effect. |
