PURPOSE:To manufacture a composite material excellent in gas barrier property and the like by a structure wherein high nitrile resin film is laminated through bonding agent onto kraft paper. CONSTITUTION:High nitrile resin is obtained by emulsion-polymerizing 75pts.wt. of acrylonitrile and 25pts.wt. of methyl acrylate in the presence of 10pts.wt. of butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber-like copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 70pts.wt. of butadiene and 30pts.wt. of acrylonitrile. The content of acrylonitrile is 75wt% converted from the analyzed value of nitrogen. A composite is obtained by laminating the high nitrile resin and styrene-butadiene copolymer as an adherent resin by co-extruding onto 100mum thick kraft paper. Being excellent in gas barrier property, chemical resistance and the like, the obtained composite is applied to packaging materials of foodstuffs, fragrance material, mothproofing agent and the like. |
