PURPOSE:To facilitate the correction work of a venting groove and a flash well and consequently strikingly shorten the time required for the correction work by a structure wherein a silicone rubber prototype, in which the venting groove and the flash well are formed, is detachably annexed at the upper end of a bottom force. CONSTITUTION:A rigid silicone rubber prototype body 11 with ease of working is detachably and closely secured onto the top surface of a bottom force 3'. A venting groove 5 and a flash well 6 are worked to the predetermined forms and dimensions by cutting the prototype body 11 with cutter and the like in order to form a prototype 11'. After that, a top force 2 is secured onto the prototype 11' and raw material is flowed in a raw material inflowing portion 13 in order to mold a molded part 7. Being made of silicone rubber, the prototype 11' can be corrected by pasting maintenance of the same material as that of the prototype 11' in case of excessive cutting and by further cutting at will with cutter and the like in case of shortage of cutting. The correction work can be very easily done, because the prototype 11' can be detached by screwing-out a bolt 9, resulting in strinkingly shorten the time required for the correction work. |
