PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a device with a simple constitution by absorbing variance of rotation stop with the profile of a lever when a ratchet mechanism in the side of a supply spool is opened to stop rotation of a drum body. CONSTITUTION:A drum body 6 is decelerated, and a ratchet pawl 26 is released from a ratchet wheel 24 in the side of a supply spool 7 to stop rotation of the drum body 6, and thereafter, winding is started by a take-up spool 8. By the revolving force of the drum body 6 just before stop, a pin 31 of a solenoid 30 is brought into contact with the part from a point P2 to a point P3 on a cam profile of a lever 28 fixed to the pawl 26, and the pawl 26 is released from the ratchet wheel 24 in this part. Variance of the rotation stop position of the drum body 6 is absorbed sufficiently without requiring complicated adjustment by the profile of the lever 28. Consequently, the reliability of the device is improved with a simple constitution. |
