PURPOSE:To connect a high-precision display element to an inexpensive printed circuit board by using a plastic display element as the display element and extending and expanding its terminal part to make the terminal pitch wide. CONSTITUTION:The terminal part of a plastic display element 6 such as a plastic LCD or the like is extended and expanded to constitute a connector part 7, and the terminal pitch is extended, and this connector is connected to a printed circuit board 8. Thus, it is possible that even the high-precision display element (liquid crystal TV or the like) having >=0.3-0.4mm. display electrode pitch is connected to the inexpensive printed circuit board. The technical idea of this invention can be applied also to display elements constituted with a glass substrate. |
