PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of transfer of a handle which is necessary for a plate piece to get-over an engagement part, by installing a pair of reciving seats positioned on the both lateral sides of the plate piece inwardly from the outer peripheral part of the handle. CONSTITUTION:A rotary handle 9 for manual operation which is connected to a rotary shaft for valve ON/OFF operation together with a driving mechanism is fitted in shiftable ways onto a rotary supporting shaft 10 which revolves integrally with the rotary shaft. When an elastic plate piece 11 which is engaged and disengaged with the engagement projection 12 on the supporting shaft 10 through the movement in the direction of shaft core of the supporting shaft 10 gets-over an engagement part 16, the side surface close to the inner peripheral edge of the plate piece 11 is supported by a pair of receiving seats 19 on the handle 9. The plate piece 11 is elastically deformed, having the part close to the inner peripheral edge supported by the receiving seats 19, as a fulcrum, and gets- over the engagement part 16. Therefore, the amount of transfer necessary for the handle 9 to get-over the engagement part 16 is reduced, and thus operation performance is improved, and the dimension of the whole structure can be reduced. |
