PURPOSE:To obtain the titled conjugated agent having a little segregation and good taste without requiring granulation process, by blending tocopherol carboxylic acid ester with ascorbic acid, glucose, and sucrose having specific particle size, respectively, using gelatin as a main binder. CONSTITUTION:Beads of tocopherol carboxylic acid ester passing through 32 meshes sieve is blended with crystallite of glucose passing through 32 meshes sieve and bulk crystal of sucrose passing through 48 meshes by the use of gelatin as a main binder, and each unit for a dose is separately packed, to give a conjugated agent of vitamin C and E. Since the agent has the fittest effect as an antioxidant when a blending ratio of vitamin C and E of 5:1, 250mg ascorbic acid and 50mg alpha-alpha-tocopherol are paced in the unit. The conjugated vitamin agent satisfying the granule standard of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, having small variability in content from wrapper to wrapper is obtained only by blending. |
