PURPOSE:To obtain an image having high quality on a photosensitive layer to be formed on an intermediate layer having good flatness by providing the intermediate layer formed by using a surface active agent and dispersing uniformly conductive powder into a binder resin between a base body and the photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The paint prepd. by dissolving and dispersing powder of a conductive pigment such as SnO2, In2O3 or the like having about 0.01-1mu particle size, 0.001-1wt% a surface active agent as a dispersant by the weight of the non-volatile component of the conductive paint, a binder resin such as a polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, etc. and a suitable amt. of pigment such as TiO2 is coated on an insulating base body consisting of paper, plastic, etc. or a conductive base body consisting of Al, etc. thereby forming a conductive intermediate layer dispersed uniformly with the conductive pigment and other pigments in the resin and having smooth surface. The smooth surface of the photosensitive layer is thus formed and the copy image having good quality is obtd. even if the surface of the base plate is rough. |
