发明名称 METHOD OF MEASURING POSITION OF VEHICLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To display accurately the position of a vehicle on a map in an office by installing on-road markers at known positions of a running path and providing a sensor detecting distance, azimuth and inclination in progressing direction to each vehicle. CONSTITUTION:The on-road markers 30A transmitting a marker are provided to plural known position of the running path. Each vehicle 10 is provided with a marker receiver 12 and also, a distance sensor 13, an azimuth sensor 14, a tilt sensor 15 and an alarm sensor 16 and communicates with a cmmunication equipment 41 of an office in a radio method by using a damp transmitter 11. When a vehicle 10 passes by a marker 30A, the distance sensor 13 and the azimuth sensor 14 are reset. Then an integrating value of each sensor after reset is stored and data of the sensors 13-15 at a time are transmitted (11) by a command from the office 40. The office 40 operates (42) the position of the vehicle and displays it on the map 43 depending on the time and the data. Furthermore, the alarm sensor 16 detects a fault of a vehicle and informs it to the office. Thus, the operation of lots of vehicles is managed efficiently by a site of the construction work.
