PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having superior printing resistance and sensitivity and developable with an aqueous developing soln. by adding a specified photosensitive polyester resin as a film forming component. CONSTITUTION:A polycarboxylic acid component consisting of 30-95mol% dicarboxylic acid (deriv.) represented by formula I -VII (where each of R1 and R1' is H, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxyl, halogen or nitro, R2 is 2-4C alkylene, each of land m is 1-5, and n is 1-4) and 70-5mol% dicarboxylic acid (deriv.) having -SO3M (M is an alkali metal) is reacted with a polyol such as 5-norbornane-2,3- dimethanol to prepare a photosensitive polyester resin having photosensitive unsatd. double bonds each adjacent to an aromatic ring, -SO3M and bicycloheptene structures and/or bicycloheptane structures in the molecular chain. The polyester resin as a film forming component is dissolved in a solvent such as methylene chloride to obtain a photosensitive resin composition. |
