PURPOSE:To prevent a printed circuit board from receiving influence from noise sources such as an oscillator, power source, etc. thereon by the constitution in which the integrated circuits on the circuit board are coupled by optical fibers via a photoelectric converter part and a signal is transmitted by the optical transmission in the fibers. CONSTITUTION:The terminals 6, 7 of integrated circuits 2, 3 packaged on a printed circuit board 1 are not connected by a conductor pattern. The electric signal from the terminal 6 is inputted to an electro-optic converter 8 disposed near the circuit 2, by which the signal is converted to a light signal. The light signal is transmitted by an optical fiber 9 and is converted to an electric signal by a photo-electric converter 10. The electric signal is inputted to the terminal 7 of the circuit 3. The connection between the circuits 2, 3 is thus accomplished by the light signal through the fiber 9, by which the adverse influence on the wiring by a noise source 5 is eliminated. |
