The subject of the invention is an anti-wear device for a system for fastening suspension grips or the like, of the type formed by a hook 2 passed through the hole 4 of a fixture 3. In this device, an anti-wear ring 5 made from a synthetic material, having an annular part 7 whose width is at least equal to the thickness of the fixture 3, of external diameter at most equal to the diameter of the hole 4 of the fixture 3 and of a smaller internal diameter at least equal to the external diameter of the wire making up the hook 2, is inserted via its annular part 7 into the hole 4 of the fixture 3 and serves for the passage of the hook 2. Application to protecting, against wear, metal hooks passed through the holes of metal fixtures. <IMAGE>
