PURPOSE:To perform spiral winding operation for a cord material in an accurate manner, by controlling the winding operation according to speed, feed length, pitch, initial winding inner and outer diameters and its correction factor of the cord material, in case of a device winding the cord material such as a rubber hose or the like being liable to come into deformation. CONSTITUTION:A disk 5 to be locked to a swivel shaft 4 rotated by a motor 7 is installed in position on top of a truck 3 capable of reciprocating along a rail 1 with operation of a motor 8, while a winding tray 6 is detachably supported on this disk 5. A cord material feeder 10 is installed in a sideward position of the truck 3, and a cord material 14 is made so as to be delivered toward the winding tray 6 while holding it between caterpillars 12 and 13. And, with a control unit 18, the motor 7 is controlled in accordance with each output V, L of a cord material feed rate detector 16 and a cord material feed length measuring instrument 17 as well as a turning speed N of the swivel shaft 4 to be calculated from a cord material feed rate correction factor K, a pitch P and initial inner and outer diameters D1 and D22, while the motor 8 is as well controlled in accordance with a truck traveling speed T to be calculated from the turning speed N and the pitch P, respectively. |
