<p>A binder for computer print out paper fits into a standard sized file cabinet. It comprises a series of hinged together panels, two opposite ones of which hold along one edge a pair of rings retained in aligned slots. The rings are capable of movement in two different directions, and such rings hold the paper within the binders.</p> |
