PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent porous molding according to proper use facilitating the setting of the hardness of the porous molding by performing agitation and kneading in the open system with combined used of at least two kinds of dispersing agents different in the boiling point while the temperature at the agitation and kneading is set as specified arbitrarily to improve the durability. CONSTITUTION:A filling agent soluble in acid, alkali aqueous solution and water, a thermoplastic resin, at least two kinds of dispersing agents different in the boiling point, an organic solvent of resin are agitated and kneaded in the open system at the temperature, above the softening point of the resin and between the minimum and maximum boiling points of the dispersing agents. The complete evaporation of water prevent the thermoplastic resin from hydrolysis and the positive remaining of the dispersing agents enables through agitation and kneading of the filling agents and the thermoplastic resin. The mixture thus kneaded is molded is injection molding or the like and the product is immersed into acid, an alkali aqueous solution or water to elute the filling agent and form pores. A desired porous molding is obtained after a washing and drying. |
