PURPOSE:To record information in accordance with an accurate occurrence time by providing a reference time piece in a monitor station and including reference time information in a call signal to transmit the signal to a station to be monitored. CONSTITUTION:The compiling circuit 3 of a monitor station 1 transmits a call signal 4, to which the time information of a reference time piece 2 is added, to stations 5 and 5' to be monitored. Monitor information gathering circuits 6 and 6' of stations 5 and 5' to be monitored receive the call signal 4 and correct local time pieces 7 and 7' in accordance with time information. Circuits 6 and 6' gathers monitor informations 8 and 8', and monitor informations 8 and 8' and times of local time pieces 7 and 7' are stored in temporary storage circuits 9 and 9' when new information occurs, and the station 5 or 5' transmits monitor information and time information to the monitor station 1 as a response signal 10 when the station itself is called. The recording circuit 3 receives the response signal 10 and edits and stores monitor information in an editing storage circuit 11 in accordance with time informations and stores it in a memory device 12. |
