The invention relates to a medical apparatus for the treatment of skin disorders, especially warts, comprising a vacuum bell jar connected to a vacuum pump via a hose. It is the object of the invention to adapt the vacuum bell jar even to greatly curved areas of skin and to warts of different size, so that perfect treatment is possible even in these difficult cases. The invention consists in providing an adapter which is to be connected to the vacuum bell jar and has the form of a pipe socket and has a cross-sectional discontinuity and/or the front side of which facing away from the bell forms a bent curve.
