The invention relates to a rotary fitting for mobile furniture of a caravan, in particular a motor home. The previously known fittings of such furniture permit only a very limited variability of the positioning of such furniture and, additionally, are impractical in handling. The rotary fitting according to the invention is extremely practical in handling and results in a considerably larger variability of existing furniture due to an end shield with a vertical axis of rotation on the underside of the furniture and an associated end shield with a vertical axis of rotation on the floor of the vehicle and an intermediate piece for the rotary connection of the vertical axes of rotation in an eccentric position relative to one another.
