Shaking device for grape-harvesting machines, with two groups of mutually opposite flexible drivers for transmitting the simultaneous vibrations imparted to them by a reciprocally working movement generator to the plants to be processed. The drivers each comprise one or more cantilevered flexible bars (5) and are arranged in an articulated manner on two axes (X-X) which are inclined relative to the vertical in the working position of the machine. Consequently, the flexible bars (5) act non-simultaneously on vertical structures (for example, a post P) of the particular row of vines to be processed.
