AUTOMATIC FEEDER/CARRIER OF ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARD

PURPOSE:To reduce the facility cost while to improve the productionability by providing such system for carrying plural types of electronic circuit boards to a plurality of automatic electronic parts fixing machines through single substrate feeder in random then collecting such substrates as completed of fixing of electronic parts. CONSTITUTION:It is provided with a substrate feeder 11 where a magagine 13 for containing eight types of substrates, for example, laminated into predetermined number of sheets is mounted on a magazine mounting disc 12, where the selected magazine 13 is lifted by a lift then fed to each automatic parts fixing machine 20 through function of handling manipulator 15 at the feeding side. Said manipulator 15 is provided with clicks for gripping the substrate while made movable along the rail 17 thus to deliver the gripped substrate to a conveyor 19 corresponding with each parts fixing machine 20. Similarly, rail 27 is laid through a conveyor 21 at the delivery side of said machine 20 while a delivery side handling manipulator 28 is provided movably on the rail 27.
