<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a desulfurizing agent having high sulfur dioxide gas absorbing capacity and enhanced in preparation efficiency by short-time hydration treatment, by performing hydration treatment until the hydration ratio of alumina cement clinker particles reaches a specific value or more. CONSTITUTION:In a method for preparing a gas desulfurizing agent obtained by hydrating alumina cement clinker particles, hydration treatment is performed so that the wt. of moisture contained in clinker particles reaches 10% or more in a wt. ratio (hereinbelow referred as a hydration ratio) on the basis of the wt. of clinker particles, from which moisture after hydration treatment is removed, by hydration treatment. Further, the temp. of water used in hydration is set to 5-80 deg.C and the above mentioned particles and moved until the hydration ratio of clinker particles reaches 8%, pref., 10%. As a result, a desulfurizing agent having high sulfur dioxide absorbing capacity and enhanced in preparation efficiency can be prepared by short-time hydration treatment.</p> |
