PURPOSE:To perform the lockup of a leading part in an efficient manner, by bending the leading part of a cable tip end guided outward from a leading hole in a flange plate of a winding drum, with an arm being turnable around the center of the flange plate and then pressing the part concerned forcibly to the flange plate. CONSTITUTION:A keep plate arm 51 is supported free of sliding and rotating motion on a pintle 3 being rotatably supported on a pintle support block 4, and in a state that the arm 51 is made to be on standby, first an end of a cable is guided outward extending as far as the specified length l from a leading hole 1A and then the support block 4 is made to come close to a flange plate 1 of a winding drum. With this constitution, the pintle 3 is inserted into a shaft hole of the flange plate 1 and simultaneously a contact roller 8 of a bending arm 7 is made contact with an outer side of the flange plate 1. Next, the arm 51 is rotated counterclockwise by a motor 18 via gears 14 and 16 and, after a leading part 2 is bent as far as the specified bending angle, a cylinder 13 is set in motion and the leading part 2 is pressed to the outer side of the flange plate 1 via the keep plate 5 and locked thereto. |
