PURPOSE:To branch powder accurately in a system for feeding compressed air into lower conduit to carry powder in upper conduit while floating, by coupling a branch pipe to the bottom of lower conduit while providing a branch valve having a closed chamber between them rotatably. CONSTITUTION:An air slide 1 is partitioned by a cloth 3 into upper and lower conduits 11, 12 where compressed air fed into the lower conduit 12 will permeat through the cloth 3 to carry the object such as powder fed into the upper pipe 11 while floating. Here, a branch pipe 4 is coupled to the bottom of lower conduit 12 while a guide section 5 is formed between the branch pipe 4 and cloth 3 to arrange a branch valve 6 rotatably. In the branch valve 6, wall board discs 62, 62' are provided at the opposite ends of semi-tubular member 61 while cloth 65 is stretched between both wall boards 62, 62' to form a closed chamber 68 and a compressed air supply port 64 is opened to the closed chamber 68. Then the branch valve 6 is rotated by an air cylinder 8 until contacting against a stopper 52 thus to feed powder into the branch pipe 4. |
