PURPOSE:To prevent eluation of a copper ion, by constituting the titled device by interposing a neutralizing device filled with a granular or powdered neutralizing object into a water supply piping, in a hot water supply device making use of copper or a copper alloy employing a heat source such as gas. CONSTITUTION:Weak acid water coming from a water supply piping 7 streams in a neutralizing tank 6, dust is removed in a setting tank 14, and passes through within granular or powdered basic substances 9, 9' such as magnesium through a fluid guide plate 12 after a flow has been unified from the bottom of a retention tank 8 by the fluid guide plate 12. With this constitution, the weak acid water is neutralized, turned into neutral water and streamed in a hot water storage tank from a water supply piping 10. With this constitution, eluation of a copper ion from copper and a copper alloy, which is being applied to the device, due to the weak acid water can be prevented. |
