发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF DIRECTIONAL SILICON STEEL SHEET HAVING HIGH MAGNETIC FLUX DENSITY AND LOW IRON LOSS
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain directional Si-steel sheet having high magnetic flux density and low iron loss by coating dilute aq. soln. effective in controlling secondary recrystallizing grain growth rate on the part of the steel surface subjected to localized processing. CONSTITUTION:Si-contg. hot rolled steel sheet is cold rolled one pass or more, and annealed for decarbonization and primary crystallization, then localized working is applied on said steel sheet surface prior to final finishing annealing, followed by coating with diluted aq. soln. beneficial to control the growth rate of secondary recrystallizing grains, so that the accelerated region and inhibited region for the secondary reclystallizing grain growth in final annealing process may be separately formed. Thus, directional Si-steel sheet having high magnetic flux density and low iron loss can be obtained.
